As a trainee, you will be placed in a West MIdlands TEFAT School, where you will be supported by a dedicated mentor and work closely with your class teacher to observe and apply effective teaching and learning strategies. You gain hands on experience in the classroom learning on the job.
Alongside your classroom experience, you will receive comprehensive training through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions delivered by expert facilitators. These sessions will cover educational theory, evidence-based practices, and pedagogy to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful teaching career.
